“You are going to go dressed as the library.”
Well, that is a bit odd. I’ll roll with it.
Diana and I somehow happened to pop into Louisville to visit her friend Karen on the weekend of the big Clue party. You read that right. Like, “Miss Scarlett in the library, with a lead pipe.” Clue party and gosh darn it, I was going to go dressed as the library come hell or high water.
Karen is a costume genius. Like, (excuse me while I geek out) she could very well do cosplay and be extremely convincing. By the end of it, black wig hair, book pages, hot glue guns, and fuzzy felt balls were scattered all over the house. Karen was Mrs. Peacock, Diana, Ms. White, I, the Library, and Pedro (Karen’s fiancee), the billiards room.
*Cue ball jokes all night long.*
…and we weren’t the only convincing people in the room. So in photographer fashion I staged a photoshoot. Enjoy!
Erica, we MUST hang out and have a Clue party – this looks like so much fun! And also, drink enough cocktails so that we forget who did it until the morning.
Also, that library skirt – I want the boy version. And by “boy version”, I mean short-shorts.

What a rad idea. My boyfriend has been talking about going as Clue characters for Halloween, but I hadn’t considered going as one of the rooms. Now I have to consider being a weapon as well. Probably rope or lead pipe would work best. Oh yes.
lol! We have to find the right group of people to make the Clue party EXTRA AWESOME.
And good luck with making shorts. The skirt was enough crafting to put me over for a while.
