We left Nicaragua in somewhat of a rush so we don’t have too much footage, however, Shaun and I did rent a dirt bike on Ometepe and got the opportunity to bring our camera with us. Join us as we make our way across the bumpy, personality ridden roads of Isla Ometepe in Nicaragua. It was one of my favorite bike rides of my life.
Today is my 29th birthday (soon to be goodbye to 20s SCARY!) and I will be out and about most of the day. I guess if you want to give me a bday present you can Tweet this, leave a comment, or buy me a virtual beer (or real one!).
This will be the last Momentos for a while so I do hope you enjoy!
I really enjoy these videos! So sorry to hear about your stuff getting stolen, but I hope you have a fabulous birthday!! =)
Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m approaching the BIG 3-0 as well. I heart Nica!!!
Of course we will keep watching and waiting to hear from you! We love you.
Happppppy Birthday!! Trust me, I turned 31 last week and the 30’s only get better!!!
First of all – Happy Birthday!! Hope you had a great day! And thanks for sharing the video, it brings back good memories 🙂 Hope you two get a new video camera soon – maybe you got one for your birthday??
fun video! brought back memories of my trip to NIcaragua…
@Andi: Thanks girlie! I’m going to try and not think about it… although, next years bday is supposed to be epic. Burning Man, Oktoberfest… YES.
@mom: Thanks! We love you too.
@Mica: I would rather take your word for it but stay in my 20s…
@GTG: Thanks girlie(s)! We should be getting our camera in early November some time. We just couldn’t justify sending it to Costa Rica with a $100 shipping fee. I MADE it our bday present. We were supposed to go diving but I have to take care of more important things first.
@Stephen: Thanks! I wish we had gotten more footage but were too busy experiencing the place to think about it. 😉
Happy belated birthday!
@Kent: Thank you!!!
Oh wow, Happy belated birthday. A wonderful birthday to celebrated at another country! Such a cute smile while you on that bike with Shawn. 🙂

@Sarah: Thanks so much girlie! It has been so weird being abroad. I’m so used to celebrating with friends and family. And yes, I loved being on the bike so much. It was freedom at its finest.
